Our history
ComfortMedic Technologies Inc. began with the development of height-adjustable bathtubs before expanding its expertise to patient lifts, bath chairs, shower stretchers, and innovative electronic equipment for bathrooms. The acquisition by the Forand family marked a major turning point, with the purchase of new facilities and the launch of flagship products.
The company then diversified its solutions and integrated innovations such as chromotherapy and anti-scald systems. The acquisition of Ergolab further enhanced its offering before coming under the leadership of Martin Turcotte and Bryan Welch, co-owners of LPA Medical.
